Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 1 year experience with AutoCAD or Archibus
- Proficient in using automated design systems and tools, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
- Understanding of the facilities life cycle, including design, construction, renovation, and space management
- Capability to independently create or modify facility plans, drawings, or schematics
- Ability to learn and apply CAD and facilities attribute data standards
- Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelors degree with 2+ years of experience in facilities design and operations, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and maintenance of architectural, furniture, and space allocation representations
- Act as the workflow gatekeeper during the facility lifecycle
- Conduct space audits or surveys to capture ground truth conditions and integrate that data into master files
- Establish or uphold standards and procedures for the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system
- Produce, review, and analyze facility-related data
- Generate space occupancy or utilization reports for senior management, integrating this information with finance and real estate data
- Perform forecasting for space utilization and allocation
- Enhance facilities data by reviewing and applying adjustments based on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new vendor solutions
- Collaborate with technical and application teams to identify, assess, and recommend technical solutions to meet project and system requirements
