Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in designing, developing, operating, and maintaining complex cloud applications or platforms at an enterprise level
- Proficiency in creating technical solutions for AI technologies and machine learning applications in business contexts
- Understanding of systems engineering practices and IT service management (ITSM)
- Capability to supervise team members and lead project deliverables in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Experience working directly with government clients to translate their objectives into technical solutions
- Active TS/SCI clearance with readiness to undergo a polygraph examination
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hiring
Responsibilities
- Transform customer IT needs and future goals into actionable plans by developing architecture products and design specifications
- Lead prototyping efforts and directly engage with customers to enhance their use of technology for delivering new mission capabilities
- Develop solution architecture and troubleshoot complex issues across various projects through requirements analysis and expert support
- Implement innovative principles, theories, and concepts while contributing to the creation of new methodologies
- Tackle unusually complex problems and devise highly creative solutions, exercising considerable independence in decision-making
- Mentor and supervise team members in both technical and organizational competencies
