Requirements
Must:
- Experience in transmission aspects, including modulation, coding, link budgets, RF equipment, antennas, waveforms, blockage mitigation, and protocols
- Experience in analyzing system performance, throughput, response time, and operational requirements
- Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving intricate SATCOM system issues
- Must possess a Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree with 5+ years in tactical SATCOM integration engineering functions, or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree
Responsibilities
- Leverage SATCOM expertise to enhance national defense and address emerging challenges
- Troubleshoot and rectify complex network issues to improve security, reliability, and availability of mission-critical systems
- Utilize knowledge of equipment and configurations to optimize client operations and modernization
- Serve as a trusted advisor for clients on mission-critical projects
- Apply technical curiosity and industry standards knowledge to contribute to national security initiatives
