Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in Radio Frequency (RF) engineering
- Familiarity with 4G and 5G RAN technologies, including RF interfaces
- Proficient in managing the technical execution of engineering teams and performing quality assurance
- Skilled in producing professional documentation
- Capable of presenting technical topics clearly in high-pressure environments, such as technical committees of peers
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers conducting RF analyses for the Department of Defense (DoD)
- Validate input data and develop methodologies for RF analyses
- Ensure the quality and clarity of technical outputs and convey results effectively
- Support the Lead Engineer in representing the DoDs interests in technical working groups
- Analyze RF spectrum to protect operations and support the DoDs mission globally
