Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in integration engineering
- At least 4 years in an AI Architect or consultant position
- Proven experience in establishing governance frameworks for AI initiatives
- Familiarity with Enterprise monitoring tools
- Background with ServiceNow ITSM and Agile methodologies
- Solid understanding of the AI landscape, including generative AI and emerging technologies
- Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client specifications
- Masters degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering, along with 10+ years of relevant work experience, or 20+ years of experience without a degree
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to implement AI Ops capabilities within the organization
- Utilize AI to enhance incident triage, resolution, and prevention strategies
- Collaborate with teams to drive down operational costs while boosting system reliability
- Support government projects and enterprise monitoring tactics
- Advise on strategic AI applications and observability engineering efforts
