Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience with Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodologies, including OKR mapping, planning, execution, sprint management, retrospectives, and requirements gathering
- Proven track record teaching fundamental Agile framework concepts to teams
- Ability to resolve conflicts regarding sprint objectives and requirements when necessary
- Experience in prioritizing, leading, and coordinating tasks across multiple teams and different workstreams to enhance milestone and feature release delivery
- Proficiency in the Atlassian suite, specifically JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of IaaS and PaaS development and deployment processes
- Experience in cloud product design and feature release planning
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Support and coach a development team to achieve peak performance while guiding the successful progression of Scrum projects
- Address and solve particularly complex challenges, introducing innovative concepts and providing creative solutions to the team and key stakeholders
- Utilize tools such as Gitlab, JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and Excel to drive continuous process improvements
- Facilitate effective OKR planning, conclusion of sprints, sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives
- Mentor and lead colleagues to enhance the SOF community by delivering complex IT solutions at an enterprise level
- Share expertise in Scrum software development, tactical planning, and solution delivery impacting national security
