Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting network systems in a technical setting
- Proven ability to troubleshoot signal flow from sensors to distribution routers
- Experience with military and commercial satellite communications modems and antenna systems
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field along with at least 3 years of systems administration experience, or 10+ years of relevant systems administration experience if no degree
- Capability to obtain DoD 8570.01-M or DoDM 8140.03 Certification (e.g., Security+ Certification) within 30 days of start date
Responsibilities
- Utilize expertise to support mission-critical global C2ISR infrastructure for sensor data transport
- Upgrade and expand network-wide infrastructure under general direction
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure
- Analyze existing infrastructure for performance optimization
- Enhance security, reliability, and availability of essential systems
- Collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors to define and provide solutions for sensor data transport needs
- Drive modernization efforts and optimize client operations
- Demonstrate extreme ownership in identifying problems and implementing solutions
- Anticipate potential risks and proactively remove obstacles to ensure project success
- Go beyond assigned duties to enhance team effectiveness and support mission objectives
