Senior F-35 program analyst

- Proven experience in leading cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), with the ability to distill complex issues for senior leadership. - Experience in a Joint Program Office (JPO) capacity, particularly in the execution of cost-shared contracts. - Background in Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition, program management, or sustainment activities. - Experience collaborating with Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) from funding initiation through deployment. - Capacity to manage or evaluate requirements, contractor costs, schedules, performance metrics, and program documentation, including risk, strategy, and acquisition planning. - Experience with Cost Benefit Analysis evaluations, affordability assessments, and depot-level analyses like the Source of Repair Assignment Process and Depot Installed Material Requirements. - Understanding of DoD appropriations, funding types, and their practical applications. - Proficient in briefing U.S. Services and F-35 partners on cost-sharing requirements, initiating Procurement Initiation Documents, utilizing the Comprehensive Cost and Requirements System, and managing cost-sharing financial procedures. - Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. - Bachelors degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or Logistics.
