Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in enterprise data architecture, governance, or migration roles
- Proven track record in leading data initiatives for ERP or enterprise platform integrations
- Familiarity with Source-to-Pay or Contract Lifecycle Management processes
- Expertise in designing and executing large-scale data migration projects
- Proficient in data modeling, mapping, and transformation frameworks
- In-depth understanding of master data management concepts
- Capable of translating business processes into structured data formats
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the data strategy, governance, and migration framework for the program
- Lead activities related to data architecture, mapping, quality, migration, and master data management
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and testing teams to ensure alignment of data structures with business processes
- Convert functional designs into organized data models, and manage migration plans
- Establish a data governance framework and standards across various business sectors
- Oversee the development of source-to-target data mapping templates for both legacy and new systems
- Ensure consistent data definitions throughout process flows, integrations, and reporting
- Formulate the data migration strategy encompassing extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading
- Manage data migration runbooks and execution plans with system integrators and vendors
- Identify and address data quality issues, including gaps and inconsistencies
- Lead data cleansing initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Define policies for data governance, ownership roles, and data lifecycle management
- Work with integration leads to establish data structures for system integration purposes
- Support the creation of data validation test cases and oversee data validation during migration cycles
