Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience with the complete ETL pipeline, encompassing data acquisition, data preparation, and database architecture, along with codebooks, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories
- At least 3 years of proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- A minimum of 2 years working with AWS and large-scale data ecosystems
- Experience developing real-time data processing applications
- Familiarity with GitHub
- Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Bioinformatics
Responsibilities
- Support the development and upkeep of scalable data stores that provide big data and real-world data for analysis
- Design, construct, and sustain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for data-driven initiatives
- Develop robust ETL processes to consolidate data from diverse sources into our data ecosystem
- Design and maintain data models, schemas, and database structures to facilitate analytical and operational use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of our data systems and solutions
