Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in building intricate enterprise infrastructure utilizing systems engineering principles
- Solid background in designing and implementing migration strategies that ensure operational continuity during transitions
- Hands-on experience with production-level AWS or cloud architecture
- Expertise in infrastructure modernization, leading technical overhauls, developing ROI models, and understanding progressive migration
- Competence in delivering iterative solutions through rapid prototyping, continuous feedback, and achieving incremental successes
- Familiarity with cloud economics, design considerations for VPC, storage options, computational choices, and security protocols
- Understanding agency-specific details related to cloud migration, including ATO and WANDS environments
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
- Bachelors degree with 12+ years of cloud experience, or 16+ years of cloud experience in place of a degree
Responsibilities
- Leverage cloud architecture skills to innovate cloud-based solutions addressing critical national issues
- Collaborate with clients, providing insights to shape strategy, design, and maintain compliance throughout the cloud migration journey
- Recommend appropriate tools and solutions derived from thorough research of the existing environment, considering on-premises, cloud, and hybrid resources
- Guide the team in assisting clients with complex cloud-related challenges
- Expand personal skillset while developing essential systems for the client
