Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in architecting cloud-based systems
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to undergo a polygraph exam
- Bachelors degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) or at least 5 years of experience as a Cloud Architect in place of a degree
- Relevant cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco Certified Networking Administrator - Cloud, IBM Certified Cloud Solution Architect, or VMware Certified Professional (VCP7-CMA)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cloud architects and engineers specializing in AWS to design, develop, test, and deploy cloud solutions
- Work within a DevOps framework to create and manage container applications using tools like Kubernetes
- Utilize internal AWS Labs for innovative problem solving and partnership with stakeholders
- Modernize legacy computing platforms and applications or create new solutions from the ground up
