Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience with the entire ETL pipeline, including data acquisition, preparation, and database architecture with associated codebooks, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories
- More than 3 years of proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL
- At least 2 years of experience in AWS and big data ecosystems
- Familiarity with building real-time data processing applications
- Experience utilizing GitHub
- Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination as per client requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Bioinformatics
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and upkeep of scalable data stores for big data and real-world data essential for analysis
- Design, construct, and sustain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to bolster our data-driven initiatives
- Create robust Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes to amalgamate data from diverse sources into our data ecosystem
- Design and manage data models, schemas, and database architectures to cater to analytical and operational needs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee the availability, reliability, and performance of our data systems and solutions
