Senior AI and Machine Learning Engineer

- Proven experience in developing, deploying, and managing production ML models such as supervised, unsupervised, and anomaly detection, including handling imbalanced datasets - Solid understanding of ML engineering practices and MLOps, including model version control, CI/CD processes for ML, monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining - Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow - Familiarity with Palantir and data engineering platforms such as Databricks, Spark, and SQL, including batch and streaming data pipelines - Expertise in enhancing data quality, lineage, and observability in enterprise data settings, and operationalizing rules and model-driven scoring for prioritization or case selection - Experience with API-first and event-driven integration models, ensuring secure service-to-service communication - Awareness of ethical AI practices, including explainability, fairness, and bias evaluation - Competency in designing and documenting architecture frameworks, data contracts, and operational manuals - Capacity to acquire and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client criteria - Bachelors degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, software, or data engineering, or at least 7+ years of experience in these areas if no degree is available
