Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading technical teams in the development of enterprise or government AI or ML systems
- Skilled in engaging with non-technical leadership teams to convey technical content and establish requirements
- Familiarity with LLMs or Generative AI systems
- Understanding of AI frameworks, supporting tools, and design patterns
- Proficient in a scripting language
- Capability to align AI solutions with customer challenges
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client criteria
- Bachelors degree in a Technology field
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of mission-critical solutions by utilizing optimal AI models and technologies
- Collaborate with a vast network of AI engineers within the company
- Work in conjunction with product teams, data engineers, and government stakeholders to deliver outstanding solutions
- Assist clients in navigating the intricacies of AI algorithms, tools, and frameworks
- Build agentic systems, refine models, and create RL environments as part of our national security team
