Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach
- At least 3 years of experience applying Agile frameworks, including Scrum or Kanban
- Over 3 years of experience utilizing task management tools such as Jira
- Experience in developing Jira dashboards, roadmaps, or dependency diagrams for over 3 years
- Proficient in managing releases and versions using Jira for a minimum of 3 years
- Over 3 years of experience overseeing a portfolio of teams using Jira
- More than 3 years of experience in Software Development, DevOps, AI/ML, or related IT fields
- Possession of TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- High School diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Guide and coach the development team to achieve their maximum performance
- Ensure successful progression of the scrum project
- Facilitate the understanding of scrum principles and methodologies across the team and key stakeholders
- Utilize Jira to enhance sustainable process improvements for tasks such as sprint planning and reviews
- Manage sprint retrospectives, requirements clarification, scheduling, and dependency tracking
- Actively contribute to mission-critical software development impacting the Intelligence Community
