Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master for an engineering team
- Proficiency in using Jira
- Experience managing and integrating Jira boards across multiple teams within a single project
- Familiarity with leading client delivery engagements and collaborating with senior-level client management
- Capability to teach foundational Agile framework concepts to technical teams
- Eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree
- Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Responsibilities
- Coach and guide the development team in achieving sprint goals
- Utilize fundamental Scrum principles to address routine challenges
- Employ tools like Jira to implement sustainable process improvements
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Aid management in communication with clients and stakeholders to set and manage expectations
- Collect and articulate detailed user stories, collaborating with the team and clients to assign tasks and acceptance criteria
- Analyze and enhance business processes in collaboration with the project team
- Maintain the product backlog and support Quality Assurance and requirement validation
- Consult with various stakeholders to discuss needs and provide insights during interviews and requirements gathering
- Document new initiatives, including effort analysis, plans, timelines, and requirements documentation
