Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in aerospace systems engineering with a focus on requirements verification
- At least 5 years of experience conducting box-level and space vehicle-level integration and testing
- Minimum of 5 years involved in the space systems product acceptance process, which includes Hardware Acceptance Reviews (HAR), Functional Configuration Audits (FCA), and Physical Configuration Audits (PCA)
- At least 2 years of experience utilizing the Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS)
- Familiarity with test and evaluation documentation, such as test plans, test scripts, test reports, and test readiness reviews, aligned with requirements verification
- Proven ability to lead and engage in cross-functional team meetings and task execution across engineering and integration activities
- Strong communication skills to foster collaborative relationships with both government clients and contractor teams
- Current Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
Responsibilities
- Support long-term verification efforts for a GPS space vehicle program
- Perform verification and testing at both the configuration item level and integrated space vehicle level
- Collaborate closely with military, government personnel, aerospace partners, and prime contractors involved in building GPS space vehicles
- Engage in systems engineering tasks that contribute to the delivery of future GPS satellites, enhancing capabilities for the warfighter
