Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of experience with enterprise remote access, VPN, or Zero Trust technologies
- Experience assisting or collaborating within technical teams
- Familiarity with remote access monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools
- Understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles and technologies
- Knowledge of SASE platforms and cloud-based security services
- Proficiency in networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing fundamentals, firewall policies, and identity-based access controls
- Capability to adhere to operational procedures and support compliance with security policies
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Elevate the organizations secure remote access strategies within the Application Delivery Networking team
- Implement, sustain, and troubleshoot enterprise remote access solutions
- Assist in deploying solutions rooted in Zero Trust principles, such as ZTNA and SASE
- Collaborate with security, network, and application teams to ensure compliance and reliability in hybrid and cloud environments
- Document processes and remain updated on emerging technologies pertaining to Zero Trust operations
- Support automation initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers
- Resolve technical issues while adhering to established operational procedures
