Requirements
Must:
- 15+ years of experience in aircraft organizational maintenance, supply and transportation, or fleet sustainment
- 10+ years of experience across all 12 Integrated Product Support Elements
- 5+ years of experience with F-35 enterprise systems, logistics AIS tools, dashboards, or data platforms
- Experience in high-tempo or 24/7 operations centers, and in DoD or commercial supply chain, transportation, and warehousing
- Expertise in analysis, including readiness, maintenance, and supply data
- Experience coordinating with depots, OEMs, and logistics organizations, including depot planning and engineering activities
- Knowledge of DoD readiness, sustainment frameworks, and logistics systems
- Capability to support rotating or extended operational shifts
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree in a Logistics or Supply field
Responsibilities
- Support the 24/7/365 Operations Center activities
- Analyze readiness, maintenance, and supply data to uncover trends and root causes
- Perform end-to-end supply chain functions, including inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and global logistics
- Collaborate with depots, OEMs, Services, Partners, and FMS
- Assist with depot work packages, modifications, and engineering coordination
- Maintain and support the development of procedures, WSPDs, policies, and technical documents
- Propel readiness improvements, sustainment engineering integration, and enterprise collaboration
- Ensure OPSEC compliant communications across all operational environments
