Requirements
Must:
- Over 6 years of progressive experience in technical leadership
- Proven ability in creating test plans, documenting test procedures, analyzing test data, and assessing product acceptability
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify test issues and establish corrective action processes
- Active Secret clearance
- Masters degree in engineering coupled with 12+ years in systems engineering
- Systems Engineering Certification
Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive test plans and design test cases grounded on user stories and requirements
- Execute test cases to evaluate system performance and document outcomes
- Communicate identified defects to the development team for necessary enhancements
- Automate security and performance testing processes and maintain system health oversight
