Requirements
Must:
- Over 18 years of experience in defense systems engineering and development
- At least 5 years in a leadership role within systems engineering for large-scale space systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, contributing to the DoD mission
- Comfortable with daily communications at the executive leadership level
- Capable of driving organizational changes with limited authority
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Booz Allen colleagues and the U.S. Space Force to develop and deploy advanced space systems
- Integrate and assess the next generation of resilient space and ground capabilities
- Architect, engineer, integrate, test, and implement systems while identifying urgent mitigation needs
- Lead systems engineering efforts and program management for enterprise governance
- Analyze challenges, draft technical reports, and propose recommendations
- Work with government and corporate leaders to implement solutions
- Transform U.S. Space Force capabilities to address emerging threats
