Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of experience as a software or cloud solution architect, leading Agile teams in delivering microservices and API-based applications
- Experience with supporting FedRAMP accreditation or ATO processes
- Proficiency in AWS data platforms such as Redshift, EMR, Glue, Athena, or Databricks
- Demonstrated ability in designing solutions on AWS, including EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS/ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch
- Capacity to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Ability to secure an AWS Certification, such as AWS Solutions Architect - Professional within 3 months of starting
Responsibilities
- Convert customer IT requirements and future aspirations into actionable cloud architectures by creating architecture diagrams, specifications, and evaluation criteria
- Lead the modernization of legacy systems and direct cloud migrations to AWS
- Incorporate advanced technologies using scalable, secure, and resilient AWS services
- Mentor engineers and architects, shaping cloud strategy and influencing technical direction
- Identify opportunities to expand our digital solutions business
