Requirements
Must:
- At least 2 years of experience leading projects or tasks
- A minimum of 2 years managing risk, quality assurance, and data security for federal datasets
- Proven experience in evaluating linkage accuracy and optimizing linkage algorithms
- Familiarity with various technologies, network devices, hardware, and software
- Knowledge of federal security policies, procedures, and standards
- Experience leading tasks or projects within federal agencies or organizations
- Understanding of probabilistic and deterministic record linkage methodologies, including POI and PPRL
- Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or suitability assessment according to client specifications
- Doctorate in Computer Science or Bioinformatics
- PMP, CISSP, CISM, or SANS GSNA certification
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage PPRL projects involving both probabilistic and deterministic record linkage of extensive datasets
- Ensure adherence to federal compliance and security policies, procedures, and standards
- Oversee technical environments, including network hardware and software resources
- Design and refine linkage algorithms while assessing linkage precision through statistical measures
- Implement risk management and quality assurance protocols, ensuring the security of federal datasets
- Engage with stakeholders by conveying information effectively through spoken and written communication
