Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience utilizing Tableau Desktop to analyze and aggregate performance data
- 3+ years of experience in identifying and gathering data through various methods and tools
- 2+ years of experience with Tableau Prep and Tableau Server
- 2+ years of experience creating data visualizations and dashboards for key insights
- Familiarity with quantitative data analysis, performance metrics, data cleansing, and applied research
- Experience with various programs that enable process automation while ensuring data integrity
- Capability to translate complex technical findings into clear narratives suitable for non-technical audiences or executive leaders
- Proven ability to complete projects with minimal oversight
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelors degree
Responsibilities
- Employ your data analytics knowledge to enhance client and stakeholder relationships
- Investigate, develop, and assess data methodologies, subsequently creating cross-disciplinary solutions through the collection, analysis, and interpretation of extensive data sets
- Contribute to impactful initiatives and assist in decision-making across multiple organizations
- Apply your data skills by simplifying technical requirements based on the audiences needs
- Present your data discoveries and recommendations effectively to clients and stakeholders using your expertise in databases and programming languages such as SQL, SPSS, Python, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Establish both quantitative and qualitative metrics as well as key performance indicators to achieve technical outcomes
- Utilize data visualization techniques such as graphs, tables, and PowerPoint presentations to convey insights
- Enhance your communication and technical abilities by devising data-centric solutions within the client environment
