Requirements
Must:
- Over 6 years of experience in testing, evaluation, and system integration for Major Defense Acquisition Programs, specifically with intricate ground software and hardware.
- More than 6 years of experience collaborating in team environments to create test strategies, plans, reports, and briefings, as well as involvement in test execution, verification, and analysis.
- Experience contributing to the overall engineering integration of systems engineering and current integration efforts for the Department of Defense, government entities, or commercial projects.
- Understanding of systems engineering standards, such as IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2.
- Capability to define, develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive system test plans along with overarching test and evaluation strategy documents.
- Proficiency in establishing effective communication and collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers, and associate contractor collaborators.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or technology.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Booz Allen colleagues and the U.S. Space Force to innovate and rapidly deploy cutting-edge Missile Warning, Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR), and Environmental Monitoring capabilities.
- Conduct testing, analysis, evaluation, verification, and validation of complex systems, identifying areas requiring immediate attention for advanced technology solutions.
- Merge inventive engineering methodologies with cross-disciplinary coordination to formulate future solutions.
- Plan and execute organizing frameworks to guarantee mission objectives are effectively met and assess operational effectiveness.
