Must:
- Over 6 years of experience providing technical enterprise IT support in a Department of Defense or secure setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft enterprise technologies, virtualization solutions, or cloud services.
- Understanding of Storage Area Networks (SAN), Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), and backup or Disaster Recovery architectures.
- Capability to support deployable or tactical IT setups.
- Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities
- Support enterprise-level IT infrastructure and services critical to Department of Defense environments.
- Exhibit expertise in a range of Microsoft, VMware, and cloud technologies focusing on secure, scalable, and robust system design and assistance.
- Administer and configure Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and Certificate Authority (CA) or Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
- Manage enterprise backup and Disaster Recovery solutions to ensure data resilience and adherence to DoD standards.
- Design and maintain Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) for expanding storage and computing demands.
- Implement and sustain Data-At-Rest (DAR) encryption solutions utilizing Microsoft BitLocker.
- Ensure systems comply with DoD cloud computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG).
- Administer and support Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, SQL databases, and web hosting.
- Deliver reliable, high-performance services, including VoIP, VDI, mobile computing, and video teleconferencing.
- Manage and optimize VMware virtual environments and container technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Design and maintain solutions within Microsoft Office 365, leveraging Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and other cloud-based models.
