Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of experience in maintaining reliable operations of RF and SATCOM channels, transport networks, and mission communications for C2ISR initiatives
- 10+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams, including senior systems engineers, to enhance core systems, perform robust network and software testing, and ensure operational reliability
- Proficient in preparing written materials such as reports, test plans, design specifications, requirements documents, and training resources
- Skilled in presenting findings to clients and external partners, engaging with client engineers, and addressing technical inquiries and requests
- Secret clearance is required
- Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity
- DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+, CASP+, or CISSP
- Certification in CCNA, CCNP, AWS Cloud Architect, or CSEP is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of manned and unmanned C2ISR systems
- Offer guidance, advice, and support with operational site integrations, actively monitor current architecture while assessing future needs
- Supervise system functionality, manage security compliance according to military standards, and develop integrated master schedules
- Enforce configuration management standards and protocols while reporting and advising on behalf of the government client
- Coordinate activities with the on-site Systems Integration Lab to ensure high performance and robust system health
