Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering roles
- 2+ years of experience with the Databricks platform
- Proficiency in PySpark and Spark SQL
- Experience with Databricks clusters, jobs or workflows, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog in production environments
- Familiarity with integrating Databricks with CI/CD pipelines and enterprise SDLC tools
- Strong knowledge of Python for data engineering and machine learning workflows
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and their data services
- Capability to operate efficiently in structured, compliance-driven government environments
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelors degree
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage scalable data and analytics solutions to support government mission requirements
- Utilize AI-enabled analytics and machine learning techniques to address real-world operational and decision-support challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and deployment of data solutions
- Maintain and optimize production environments involving Databricks, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog
- Contribute to the development and execution of best practices in software engineering within regulated SDLC contexts
