Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Air Force manpower and installation mission support data sets
- Proficient in Tableau and Power BI
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive management initiatives aligning with long-term objectives
- Expertise in building predictive models and analytical frameworks to derive business insights from large data sets for senior leadership
- Capability to design and implement processes and tools to enhance visibility, accountability, and organizational efficiency
- Adept at delivering structured problem-solving to identify workforce risks, forecast resource gaps, and inform business strategy decisions
- Skilled in creating performance dashboards and KPIs in Power BI for real-time monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
- Eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance
- Masters degree in Business Analytics
Responsibilities
- Lead complex data exploration and analytics projects on our Air Power team
- Introduce innovative data science methodologies to positively impact Air Force installation and mission support
- Guide clients and stakeholders in interpreting their data to drive actionable outcomes
- Utilize Business Intelligence tools and data science coding languages to analyze data
- Collaborate with team members to serve critical missions from start to finish
- Provide opportunities for team members to engage in upskilling and present at conferences
