Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience with SQL databases and source systems, such as Oracle and SQL Server
- More than 3 years of experience utilizing Databricks and Python for data transformations and validations
- Proficiency in data conversion and ETL processes
- Understanding of data validation processes including normalization and deduplication
- Capability to write and manipulate complex SQL queries
- Strong communication skills to convey issues clearly to both technical and non-technical teammates
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement SQL queries, ETL processes, and validation scripts for data conversion programs
- Participate in capturing and documenting technical requirements
- Maintain necessary documentation for internal audit purposes
- Create and interpret physical data models and data flow diagrams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill conversion requirements
- Validate and troubleshoot tasks both independently and alongside team members
- Organize workload, automate processes, and develop tools as necessary
- Ensure processes are repeatable and efficient
