Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth teams or projects
- 3+ years of proficiency with BI dashboard tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI, focused on crafting interactive dashboards for operational metrics and performance indicators aimed at both technical and leadership audiences
- Experience in querying and aggregating data from various sources to enable real-time updates and effective visualizations of performance and system health metrics
- Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments while balancing competing priorities and effectively collaborating across technical, operational, and leadership teams to deliver valuable insights
- Proficiency in Python or R, particularly in automating data extraction and processing, or developing data transformation pipelines for dashboard visualization
- Ability to design and deliver impactful user experience and dashboard solutions in fast-paced, dynamic settings
- Active TS/SCI clearance, with a willingness to undergo a polygraph examination

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of intuitive, high-performance dashboards that visualize essential metrics from various ICAM systems
- Support engineering and technical operations teams by providing real-time monitoring data and generate high-level performance reports for leadership
- Collaborate closely with back-end teams to integrate data from multiple ICAM systems such as user access logs and incident tracking, creating cohesive, real-time visualizations that ensure data accuracy and timeliness
- Focus on presenting actionable insights through metrics that support system performance monitoring, incident detection, and operational trends
- Ensure dashboards provide granular technical data for operational teams alongside summary visualizations for executives
- Work with a range of stakeholders, including engineers and security teams, to gather requirements and iteratively refine dashboards based on specific user needs
- Create a seamless and intuitive experience suitable for users of varying technical expertise, from detailed operational views to executive summaries
