Requirements
Must:
- 6+ years of experience with cybersecurity tools and techniques
- 5+ years of experience in penetration testing or red or purple team operations
- 5+ years of familiarity with risk frameworks such as NIST Risk Management Framework, MITRE ATT&CK, or D3FEND
- 3+ years of programming experience in Python, C/C++, Java, PowerShell, or Bash scripting
- 3+ years of experience with Blue Force Operations and managing virtual machines (e.g., VirtualBox, VMWare, Parallels)
- Knowledge of cyber-physical systems, architectures, and protocols
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team, mentoring junior members
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- TS/SCI clearance
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Conduct reconnaissance and gather open-source intelligence
- Perform enumeration and target profiling to support various cyber initiatives
- Identify vulnerabilities and potential threat vectors in systems and networks
- Develop exploits and engineer methodologies to simulate cyber attacks
- Analyze, evaluate, and impact attack vectors, exploit payloads, and system backdoors
- Mentor and supervise team members
- Provide innovative solutions for complex cybersecurity challenges
- Work autonomously with minimal direction to achieve mission objectives
