Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in engineering, technical acquisition, software development, or data analysis roles
- At least 3 years of experience in engineering design or requirements gathering
- Familiarity with sensor data
- Understanding of DoD acquisition and systems engineering methodologies
- Proficient in communication and coordination with extensive stakeholder groups
- Possession of a Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline
Responsibilities
- Design mission data file reprogramming solutions to support combat data systems
- Enhance weapon systems capabilities to identify, locate, and neutralize threats
- Assess and update F-35 Joint reprogramming hardware and software
- Cultivate expertise in DoD acquisition and systems engineering
- Utilize knowledge in fifth-generation fighter technology, AI, and electromagnetic sensor data
- Merge systems engineering with data fusion to develop tools that enhance combat identification and weapon targeting
- Translate real-world requirements into actionable engineering solutions
