Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in developing and managing production-quality full-stack applications within cloud environments like AWS
- Over 8 years of software development experience with both front-end and back-end technologies, using languages such as Java, Python, or Go
- More than 8 years of experience in launching commercially available products
- At least 6 years of expertise in system design and architecture, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scaling of systems
- Experience in mentoring or supervising team members in a collaborative, cross-functional setting
- Proficiency with automated deployment and testing tools for system maintenance and testing
- Strong ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Capability to take ownership of products throughout their lifecycle, from architecture to deployment, testing, and support
- Willingness to present work samples as part of the hiring process
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 6 years in software engineering, or 10 years of experience in software engineering in absence of a degree
Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative AI-driven solutions for complex cybersecurity challenges
- Collaborate with a team of innovators to create groundbreaking technology solutions
- Utilize the latest architectural strategies and open-source tools to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Lead the complete design, development, deployment, and operations of high-availability software products incorporating agentic AI
- Implement best practices for CI/CD, canary releases, telemetry, and automated testing to ensure product quality and reliability
- Drive system improvements by identifying areas for enhancement in software applications
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and knowledge sharing among team members
- Exhibit autonomy and ownership in shaping new products from inception to launch
