Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in bioinformatics research, software engineering, and technical documentation
- Proven experience in bioinformatics, data engineering, or developing biological data pipelines
- Familiarity with NoSQL technologies for managing large-scale genomic datasets
- Proficient in containerization and orchestration using Docker or Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of data management through SQL-based systems
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Responsibilities
