Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in military training and support
- 5+ years of experience integrating training environments and planning architectures for Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS)
- 2+ years of experience in system upgrades and software installation
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree
- DoDM 8140.03 DCWF 441 Advanced Level Certification
- 3+ years of experience in software development using Agile methodology (preferred)
- Familiarity with GIS platforms and 3D visualization technologies (preferred)
- Understanding of test-driven development and code quality tools (preferred)
- Knowledge of networking principles and Web services administration (preferred)
- Proficiency in scripting automation with PowerShell, Bash, or Python for deployment tasks (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead the ARCHER team by designing and developing innovative systems for military training
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure that both current and historical simulation data are captured and presented through effective analytics
- Drive the development of visual products that enhance exercise management, leader briefings, and After Action Review (AAR) processes
- Implement advanced technology solutions to improve system performance and user experience
