Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in software development
- At least 2 years of experience with generative AI, large language models, and autonomous workflows
- Proficient with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for tool integration and agent-to-agent collaborations
- Experience in retrieval-augmented generation architectures and knowledge graphs, including Neo4j or NebulaGraph
- Skilled in fine-tuning large or small language models with tools like Hugging Face, PEFT, or LoRA
- Knowledge of contemporary software design principles, including microservices or edge computing
- Capability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related AI field
Responsibilities
- Design and establish intelligent agent architectures capable of reasoning, planning, and executing actions utilizing LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen
- Create and launch multi-agent systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols to enable communication and collaborative task execution
- Construct advanced retrieval-augmented generation pipelines to integrate unstructured data with knowledge graphs, improving reasoning accuracy and context retention
- Fine-tune small language models for specialized domains and enhance their performance for edge devices, utilizing ONNX, GGML, or Ollama
- Develop evaluation frameworks to assess agent reliability, safety, and overall performance, transitioning from prototype to production, including ReAct loops and human-in-the-loop methodologies
