Requirements
Must:
- Experience in AI, data science, ML engineering, software engineering, data research, or data analytics
- Background in software development or engineering, either academically or professionally
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C#, or Java
- Capability to devise solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team setting
- Skill in developing scripts and programs to convert various types of data into usable formats, and support the project team in scaling, monitoring, and operating data platforms
- Eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree
Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective AI solution architecture to meet Marine Corps operational needs
- Apply thorough technical expertise and industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Work autonomously with minimal direction
- Mentor and oversee team members when necessary
- Contribute to the strategic direction of critical solutions by utilizing the most suitable ML algorithms and technologies
- Assist clients in navigating the array of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks
