Requirements
Must:
- At least 1 year of experience using R or Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and developing machine learning models
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Strong background in statistical inference, hypothesis testing, experimental design, and causal analysis
- Experience with experimental design, A/B testing, causal inference, time series forecasting, and survival modeling
- Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and large language models (LLMs)
- Knowledge of data management compliance and confidentiality requirements
- Quick learner of new tools and concepts including Spark, ML engineering, and enterprise data practices
- High proficiency in analytical principles, tools, and techniques to adopt best practices in talent data analytics
- Ability to translate complex technical results into clear insights and actionable business recommendations for senior audiences
- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Applied Mathematics, or Data Science
Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced analytical skills to create impactful data narratives, providing actionable business recommendations
- Contribute to organization-wide talent analytics initiatives focused on key areas like talent acquisition, compensation, and attrition
- Conduct statistical analyses to uncover trends and differences, and build predictive models
- Collaborate with People Services and business leaders to address their analytics needs, proposing and developing strategies aligned with business goals
- Communicate effectively across a complex organizational structure, think strategically, and influence decision-makers
- Partner with internal analytics teams to integrate diverse data sets, enhancing the overall talent analytics narrative
- Address ad-hoc analytical requests using both quantitative and qualitative employee data to inform leadership decision-making processes
