Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, encompassing the training, testing, and deployment of models
- 3+ years of experience with Generative AI, including fine-tuning processes
- Proficiency in performing distributed training on extensive GPU clusters
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex technologies
- Knowledgeable in Model Context Protocol (MCP) for tool integration and A2A collaboration
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture
- Understanding of graph databases, such as Neo4j or NebulaGraph
- Acquainted with modern software design principles, including microservice architectures and edge computing
- Capability to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related AI discipline
Responsibilities
- Train, test, deploy, and maintain machine learning models that derive insights from data
- Contribute to the development of mission-critical solutions by utilizing appropriate ML algorithms and technologies
- Lead end-to-end training and deployment processes for edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs), starting from data gathering to various training methods including LoRA and SFT
- Collaborate to establish ML strategies that address real-world challenges faced by the U.S. military and operators
