Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience developing production-level AI or ML systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs), agents, or intricate automation frameworks
- 3+ years of proficiency with Python and associated tools, such as Pandas or NumPy
- Experience with LLMs, ML, Deep Learning (DL), and Reinforcement Learning (RL)
- Familiarity with tools and AI agent frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain
- Experience in gathering client requirements and optimizing workflows through automation
- Skills in connecting agents to APIs, cloud platforms, or databases
- Competence in utilizing automated testing tools for testing and maintenance
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelors degree and 5+ years of software engineering experience, or 10+ years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to obtain a Security+ Certification within 6 months of hire
