Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a machine learning engineer, specifically in creating production-grade ML solutions, with experience in large language models (LLMs), agents, or complex automation frameworks.
- At least 3 years of experience in data science or data research within a professional or academic setting, including training or deploying models across multiple data modalities.
- A minimum of 3 years working in cloud environments, particularly AWS and Azure.
- At least 2 years of experience deploying and integrating production-grade ML models using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLM), Deep Learning (DL), and Reinforcement Learning (RL), as well as familiarity with tools and AI agent frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, PydanticAI, or llamaindex.
- Experience in connecting agents to APIs, cloud platforms, or databases.
- Ability to evaluate architectural tradeoffs and design resilient service-based software applications for scalability.
- Familiarity with MLOps, GitOps, and CI/CD tools.
- TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

- As part of your role, you will analyze, design, and implement comprehensive AI systems that will enhance client operations, improve data accessibility, and optimize AI and ML functionalities.
- You will ensure that your team’s solutions take into account the broader ecosystem and operational context, as well as future enhancements and capabilities.
- Expect to deepen your skill set in areas such as software engineering, machine learning operations (MLOps), and deployment and integration of software in various mission environments.
- You will collaborate with your team to create innovative machine learning solutions that tackle the most significant challenges faced by the Defense and Intelligence sectors.
