Requirements
Must:
- 4–7 years of professional software development experience creating production web applications
- Proven full-stack capability: ability to manage features from UI to backend to deployment
- Required experience with both REST and SOAP APIs in a production environment (designing, consuming, integrating, troubleshooting)
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience using AI tools in a development process (AI-assisted coding, debugging, refactoring, test generation, prototyping, and/or developing AI-powered features)
- Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and component-based UI development (React)
- Experience in building data-heavy internal tools (tables, workflows, validation, error states, role-based UI)
- Proficient in relational databases (Postgres preferred): schema design, indexing, migrations, and performance tuning
- Practical knowledge of security: authentication/authorization patterns, RBAC concepts, secure secrets management, and secure dependency practices
- Excellent debugging skills across frontend, backend, and data layers; capable of addressing production issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working directly with business stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end features spanning UI, API, database, and deployment
- Create responsive, accessible web interfaces for data-intensive operational workflows (forms, tables, filters, multi-step processes)
- Build secure, scalable, maintainable backend services and APIs
- Take ownership of features post-release: monitor performance, fix bugs, and implement enhancements
- Design, develop, and manage integrations using both REST and SOAP APIs
- Implement and maintain reliable REST integrations with authentication, validation, and error handling
- Handle webhook/event processing, background tasks, and synchronization workflows
- Work with relational data to design schemas, manage indexing and optimize queries
- Develop auditable workflows and data history tracking
- Implement security measures including role-based access control and secure-by-default patterns
- Use AI tools to enhance development processes while ensuring accuracy and safety
- Engage in Agile methodologies, contribute to documentation, and participate in sprint reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and devise effective solutions
