Patient Service Rep

- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and the community - Receive and process patient referrals and registrations - Verify patient demographics, ensuring accuracy of information - Obtain insurance cards and identification for records - Schedule appointments and transcribe orders as necessary - Provide clear explanations of financial options to patients - Maintain updated medical records efficiently - Make sure patient flow is uninterrupted and report issues to the Supervisor promptly - Coordinate and prioritize bed placement needs to facilitate patient assignments - Perform other duties as required
