Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, including requirements definition, architecture design, and verification
- Over 3 years of experience nurturing relationships with stakeholders and customers
- 3+ years of experience leading teams or managing projects
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product roadmaps and lifecycle plans
- Formulate, document, and validate requirements
- Develop project timelines and monitor their progress
- Organize work items for the software development team
- Ensure the successful integration of GVHMS system components to fulfill customer demands
- Regularly engage with customers to align on needs
- Document team objectives and status updates, including meeting agendas and presentations
- Assess process compliance and actively pursue enhancements
