Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a non-US equivalent qualification directly related to the work statement.
- Associate level 2: Typically, a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Experienced level 3: Typically, a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Senior level 4: Typically, a minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Active DoD Security Clearance is preferred.
- Familiarity with engineering processes and principles.
- Knowledge of system architecture, requirements, interface definition, verification, and validation.
- Experience in systems development and integration.
- Proficiency in modeling or simulating systems.
- Background in implementing and maintaining systems engineering tools, schedules, and metrics such as Earned Value Management, DOORs, or CAMEO.
- Experience with Model Based Engineering / Model Based Systems Engineering.
- Experience in design, electrical, software engineering, and analysis.
- Experience in Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering.
- Proven ability to lead teams, projects, or tasks.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the technical performance of the system or system element, product, or service and guide product direction to meet technical goals.
- Utilize integrated program planning to synchronize system development with customer requirements and business objectives while monitoring key performance metrics.
- Maintain project status in EVM, JIRA, Calendar, and other relevant trackers.
- Manage system risk and development maturity by regularly reviewing the systems condition throughout the program lifecycle.
- Apply a comprehensive understanding of Boeings Systems Engineering BPIs, BPGs, DPs, SEBPs, and ESGP or similar business processes.
