Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. Citizenship
- Over 3 years of experience in systems engineering (requirements definition, allocation, verification, architecture design, and trade studies)
- More than 3 years of experience in systems engineering throughout multiple phases of the product lifecycle
Responsibilities
- Employs a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to plan, design, develop, and verify a balanced lifecycle system of systems and solutions
- Assesses customer and operational needs to define and coordinate performance requirements, integrating technical parameters while ensuring compatibility across all interfaces
- Conducts various analyses to enhance the overall system architecture
- Analyzes factors such as affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, and compliance to ensure successful mission outcomes
- Develops and oversees requirements management processes, risk management, issue resolution, and readiness assessments
- Addresses cross-functional technical challenges
