Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited program
- Minimum of 3 years in systems engineering, particularly in requirements definition, allocation, verification, architecture design, and trade design
- Over 3 years of experience in building relationships with stakeholders and customers
- At least 3 years leading projects or teams
Responsibilities
- Create and manage product roadmaps and system lifecycle plans
- Define, document, and validate requirements
- Establish project schedules and monitor performance
- Organize work items for the software development team
- Oversee the integration of components within the GVHMS system to meet customer expectations
- Maintain regular communication with customers
- Document team plans and progress, along with developing meeting agendas and presentations
- Evaluate process compliance and actively seek improvement opportunities
