Systems Engineer - Architecture & Requirements

- Collaborate with the core team on engineering solutions for PLM-to-sustainment integration, including requirements analysis, architecture, interface control, and verification - Develop and document integration architectures, interface control documents, data mappings, and transformation rules for PLM and sustainment systems - Create designs to implement APIs, middleware, message buses, ETL processes, and/or SOA/REST solutions for reliable data exchange - Support model-based systems engineering activities and produce SysML artifacts to illustrate system behavior, interfaces, and maintain traceability - Work with program stakeholders to ensure alignment of data models and integration requirements - Assess customer and operational needs to specify and coordinate system requirements and ensure compatibility of functional and program interfaces - Develop and execute test plans for integration verification, data integrity, and performance; participate in system integration testing and support acceptance testing - Assist in sustainment planning by enabling use cases like spares demand forecasting and predictive maintenance - Prepare program briefings, status reports, and technical documentation
